The Deanes Community Fitness Suite provides a very relaxed and comfortable area for adults to workout. We pride ourselves on the environment we provide for our members and our unbeatable prices. Our Fitness Suite is equipped with air conditioning, a surround sound speaker system, live television and a wide assortment of machine weights and free weights equipment.

The Fitness Suite is available for use in the evenings on weekdays and throughout the day on weekends. We offer an array of cardio and resistance machines so when it comes to your workout you have plenty of choice. Examples of the machines we offer are the Stairmaster as well as a new rowing machine and ski-erg cardio machine to support varied workouts for fitness suite members.

    Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Harvey is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with over ten years sports coaching experience, focusing on helping people achieve their potential. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, increase strength and flexibility or improve your mobility Harvey can help you achieve these goals. Harvey understands that everybody is different and can make a tailored programme to meet your individual needs. Harvey is happy to help so if you see him around, feel free to ask any questions you have around the gym or fitness.

All classes are run by external instructors.
